The Recruitment and Employment Center has registered to attend the following recruitment events targeting military veterans to include those with disabilities. We invite supervisors, managers and other hiring authorities at Cornell to join us at these job fairs. This can be a great opportunity to recruit a variety of skills and talents from this population that meet your hiring needs, and network with professionals who support and advocate employment on behalf of those who have served protecting our freedom. Additionally, participating can help expand your outreach to attain goals set forth by Cornell’s strategic plan, Toward New Destinations. If you or a representative from your unit or college would like to join us or if you have questions, please contact Edgar Johnson, email@example.com, 254-3337.

Hello, my name is Jason Skweres and I’m one of the casting producers with, “Guys Grocery Games” on the Food Network. We are currently gearing up to cast the new season and we’re hoping to meet the best of the best chefs from around the country.
We were contacting you today with regards to your association members, as we’re currently searching for military veterans, who now work as civilian chefs. We would greatly appreciate your help in circulating our casting information nationwide, as it might be a great opportunity for one or more of your veteran members. That said, I wanted to touch base and see about potentially posting our casting flyer to your website and/or social media sites. If possible, we’d also love to have this casting information sent through email blast to your active members. Again, this will be a great opportunity for all involved, so I hope we will be able to speak further.
We would like to thank you in advance for any help your able to give. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. In the meantime, please find the casting flyer attached.
